Inviting
Only the account owner manages the team. Send an email invitation from Team in the panel; the invitee sets their own password and signs in to the panel and Tixvio Pro.
Roles
The owner manages everything (team, bank account, settings). Managers work with events, tickets, guests, coupons and ads. Finance sees reports, orders and payouts. Door and box office staff scan tickets, let guests in and can sell at the door. The guest list manager runs the guest list and RSVP applications. PR adds guests up to their quota and shares a personal sales link, only for the events they are assigned to.
Assigning events
Turn on "Assigned events only" for door, box office and guest list staff and they see only the events you choose. PR always sees only the events they are assigned to.
Security
Remove anyone who leaves the team from Team right away. Only the owner can change the bank account, by entering their current password.
