Refund policy
General rule
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for tickets to entertainment events on a fixed date. Changes of mind, being unable to attend or changes of plan are therefore not refunded.
Automatic full refund
If an event is cancelled, the ticket price and any service fee are refunded automatically to the card used. Issues on our side, such as a duplicate charge or a ticket that could not be delivered, are also refunded in full.
Refund option
If an event is postponed, moves venue or the headliner drops out, ticket holders are offered a refund. They can also keep their ticket for the new date.
Door policy
No refund is given to people refused entry for breaking event rules (age limit, banned items, disorderly behaviour). Valid ticket holders turned away because of capacity receive a full refund.
If you can’t go
You can transfer your ticket to someone else for free on Tixvio. The transferred ticket gets a new code and the old code stops working.
