Who can apply
Individuals, companies and associations that run events can apply. Applying is free. Your organizer account is completely separate from the customer account you buy tickets with.
The application form
We ask for your brand name, city, tax details (tax office and a 10-digit VKN or 11-digit TCKN), a contact person, phone, email and password. An Instagram account, website and how many events you run per month speed up the review.
Setup and documents
After you apply, the setup page opens: you complete your legal details and upload the requested documents, such as your tax certificate and ID. Documents are stored encrypted and only the Tixvio team can see them.
Approval
Our team reviews your application and documents. Once approved you get an email; the panel and Tixvio Pro open with the same email and password. If something is missing, you see it with a note on the setup page.
