Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the event ticket the buyer purchases on Tixvio.
Price
Ticket type, quantity, unit price, service fee and total are shown on the checkout page and in the order summary.
Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically to the buyer’s account and email immediately after payment is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for entertainment services on a fixed date (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ).
Cancellation and postponement
If cancelled, the price is refunded automatically. If postponed, or if the venue or headliner changes, the buyer is offered a refund.
Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction.
