Purpose
Selling and delivering tickets, entry checks, customer support, legal obligations and, only with your consent, marketing messages.
Sharing
The organizer of the event you buy for receives the details needed for entry (name, ticket type). Payment details are processed by the payment provider; Tixvio does not store card data. Hosting is on servers in Türkiye.
Retention
Financial records are kept for the legal period; other data is deleted or anonymised when you delete your account.

Only essential cookies for your session and language are used. No analytics or marketing cookies are used; if added later, they won’t run without your explicit consent.
Maps and embedded content
Venue maps (Google Maps) and artist players (Spotify, YouTube) are third-party services. Google Maps only loads when you press “Show map”; Google’s own privacy terms then apply.
