How it's calculated
Your payout is sales minus refunds and commission (standard 8%). Cash sales at the door are not part of payouts and carry no commission; the money is already in your till.
Held amount
Until the event ends you can request 70% of the net amount; the remaining 30% is released when the event ends. The rate may differ per organizer.
Bank account
Only the account owner adds or changes the IBAN, by entering their current password. Every owner gets an email about the change, and payout requests can't be made for the next 72 hours.
Requests
The owner or a finance member requests a payout from the requestable amount. The Tixvio team reviews it and makes the payment; you see requests and history on the Payouts page.
Transfers to ad credit
Any amount you move from your payout to ad credit is deducted from the payable amount.
