Documents we ask for
Individual organizers provide a tax certificate and ID card; companies and associations also provide a signature circular. The VKN or TCKN in your legal details is validated with its check digits.
Uploading
Upload documents on the setup page as PDF, JPG or PNG (up to 5 MB); in Tixvio Pro you can also upload a photo from your gallery (JPG / PNG). Files are stored encrypted and only the Tixvio team can see them.
Review
Our team approves each document or rejects it with a note. Upload a new one in place of a rejected document; an approved document can't be replaced.
Verified organizer
Once all required documents are approved, your account is verified.
