Changing the date or venue
If you change the date or venue of a published event, ticket holders are notified.
Postponing
Set the event to "Postponed" and add a note; ticket holders are informed. Tickets stay valid, and anyone who can't make the new date can request a refund. When the new date is set, publish the event again with it.
Cancelling
Cancellation can't be undone: when you confirm, paid orders are refunded in full automatically, pass holders get that event's share back and ticket holders get an email.
Unpublishing
If there are no sales yet, you can move the event back to draft. An event with sales can't be deleted.
