Inviting
The event owner searches for another approved organizer on Tixvio under Co-organizers on the event page and invites them. An event can have up to 5 co-organizers.
Access levels
View: overview, tickets sold and entries. Door: also ticket scanning. Guests: also adding guests with their own guest types. Seeing sales amounts is a separate permission you grant.
Accepting and visibility
The invited organizer accepts or declines on their Events page. If you like, you appear together on the event page and on your profiles.
Limits
A co-organizer can't edit the event, see orders or buyer details, or issue refunds. Sales revenue stays in the event owner's payout; revenue sharing isn't available yet.
