Account deletion
How to delete your Tixvio account
In the Tixvio app go to Profile > Edit profile > Delete account, or sign in at tixvio.com and open "Delete account" at the bottom of My account. Type the confirmation word (DELETE) and your password and the account is deleted immediately.
If you can't sign in
Email destek@tixvio.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". After we confirm the account is yours it is deleted within 30 days at the latest.
Data that is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number, gender, profile photo, sessions, favorites, follows, waitlists and notification permissions are permanently deleted.
Data that is kept
Financial records of your orders (amount, date, event) are kept for 10 years as required by tax law. They are detached from your account and are not linked to your identity.
Organizer accounts
Tixvio Pro organizer accounts are separate from customer accounts. To delete one, write to destek@tixvio.com.
